We roast and pack to order rather than to a forecast, so here's exactly what to expect between confirming your order and it reaching your door.
Where we ship
We ship pan-India from Patna, Bihar, and currently service most pincodes. If you're in a remote area, message us your pincode on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll confirm serviceability.
Processing time
Because every pouch is roasted in small batches after your order is confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days for us to roast, pack and hand your order to our courier partner before it's in transit. We'll let you know on WhatsApp if a particular flavour needs longer.
Delivery timelines
Once dispatched:
- Metro cities: typically 2–4 working days.
- Other locations: typically 4–7 working days.
These are estimates, not guarantees — weather, courier delays, and remote locations can extend them. We'll keep you posted on WhatsApp if anything changes for your order.
Shipping charges
There's no strict minimum order size. For orders under 3 pouches, a delivery charge may apply depending on your location — we'll always confirm the exact amount with you on WhatsApp before you pay, never as a surprise at delivery.
Order tracking
We don't currently have a self-serve tracking page — since every order runs through a real conversation, we'll share courier tracking details (when available) directly on WhatsApp once your order ships.
Delivery issues
Please double-check your delivery address and phone number when you confirm your order — we're not able to redirect a shipment once it's dispatched, and incorrect address details can delay or fail delivery. If a delivery fails or an item arrives damaged, see our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
